Cut potatoes into eighths and microwave for 5 minutes on high In a baking pan place a sheet of tin foil with onions, asparagus, and potatoes. Stir with a little olive oil. Place trout on top. Add beer. Add remaining ingredients. Be liberal with salt and pepper. Cover with another sheet of foil and allow to marinate 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake 45 minutes. Serve.
