Baked Rainbow Trout with Oaken Barrel's Gnawbone Pale Ale

You will need two filets of rainbow trout, one bottle of Gnawbone Pale Ale, about 10 white asparagus stalks, 1 large onion, 4 green onions chopped, 2 cloves of garlic diced, 6 cherry tomatoes cut in half, 5 small potatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper

Cut potatoes into eighths and microwave for 5 minutes on high

In a baking pan place a sheet of tin foil with onions, asparagus, and potatoes. Stir with a little olive oil. Place trout on top. Add beer. Add remaining ingredients. Be liberal with salt and pepper. Cover with another sheet of foil and allow to marinate 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake 45 minutes. Serve.
