Cabana Joe's Beer TastingCabana Joe's There's more than a bit of the tropics in an already popular tourist city with Cabana Joe's restaurant and bar in Madison, Indiana. More to the point, Cabana Joe's provides a relaxed, family friendly atmosphere in which to enjoy any of the 50+ beers that owner Joe Torline makes available, most of them craft and specialty imports.
Joe's beer list changes from time to time as guests are invited to frequent beer dinners, during which they rate their favorite new beers and as old beers are removed from the menu, new ones are added. The restaurant itself features many familiar favorites with a tropical twist as well as Cabana Joe's specialties including a wide range of seafood dishes, salads and sandwiches.
All of them are served in an atmosphere convincingly reminiscent of Key West or the Caribbean. The building design itself was created with the help of an architect who did similar work for a Disney resort in Florida and effectively re-creates the feeling of dining in a tropical locale. When planning his restaurant, Joe wanted to do something unique and different, which he definitely accomplished with Cabana Joe's.
