More than 4 doors of cold beer and 40 ft of warm shelving. Beer flows out of the Liquor Stop rapidly since Stone and Two Brothers beers can't be found across the line in Illinois. Also lots of Dogfish Head.
Mix-n-match 6-pack shelf ($6.99). They also have a fairly good single-malt Scotch selection.

Pete's is 1 block north.Open 9am - 9pm3 doors and 10 feet of warm shelves.Actually more single malt Scotch than beer in this small store but it's very convenient to the Interstate.

Be aware that, at the Trail Inn, we saw, in 2004, beer from Circle-V brewing that closed its doors back in the 20th century. Old, old, dusty beer that should not be sold but donated to a museum.
DeLocks Discount Liquors at Calumet and Ridge Road in Munster has a small selection of beer but we did see Three Floyds 6-packs for $7.Open Mon-Thurs 9am-10pm. Fri-Sat 9am-midnight.
